Are your products tested on animals?
We produce almost everything we offer in-house, and we never test on animals!

 

Are your products non-toxic?
The short answer is yes. However, if you are looking to avoid specific ingredients, it’s best that you email us at service@goest.us. We do not use phthalates or formaldahyde.

 

Are you products all-natural?
No. There are many beautiful natural materials, and we use many of them, but they have their weaknesses and drawbacks. Contrary to common belief, natural essential oils have far more allergenic and skin-irritation potential than many synthetic alternatives. The use of many other naturally sourced oils bear environmental risks we consider worth avoiding; for instance, the harvest of natural sandalwood oil has contributed to problematic mass deforestation. Our aim is to use the most beautiful materials available on our planet, whether they’ve been made in a laboratory or pulled directly from a plant. Many of the synthetics we use are far more expensive than the natural “alternative” - we choose the best material for each specific purpose.

 

Are your products vegan?
Most of our products are vegan. There are three occasional exceptions: Silent Films, Jackal, and Smokers’ Perfume. These products contain very tiny amounts of a material that is sometimes produced commercially via an animal byproduct. We say “occasional” because the raw material is not always made with this byproduct, but since we can’t always track the first source of this raw material when we receive it from a secondary supplier, we therefore can’t track it from bottle to bottle, and vegans may choose to avoid these fragrances if they have this concern.

 

Do you ship to my country?
Yes! UPS can ship anything that we carry to almost every country. If you are receiving an error message at checkout, please contact us and we will ensure your order.

 

Do you do custom projects?
Yes, we have a diverse portfolio of custom and private label fragrance work. For custom fragrance for individual use, you can learn more here. For custom fragrancing and/or private labeling for brands, products, and events, as well as custom candles, you can learn more here.

 

Can I return my purchase?
Unused merchandise can be returned for a 5% repackaging fee. Please contact us at service@goest.us to initiate a return. If you’d like us to generate your return postage label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Used merchandise and samples cannot be returned.
