Notes: Woods, Peach, Citrus, Sun, Air
Aspects: Succulent, Bright, Modern, Fresh
Lartigue opens up on the skin with a bright, airy, and succulent show of abstract fruits and superfresh citrus. It progresses to reveal a green, clean, and joyous heart backed by a base of watery woods and clean earth. Inspired by the beatific and eternal Riviera portrayed in the images of 20th-century master photographer Jacques Henri Lartigue, this Goest scent celebrates all in life that is liberated, enthusiastic, and on-the-spot.
Forget what you know about usual "sport" scents, those brash and metallic colognes that are the olfactory equivalent of shoulder armor, spandex, and a helmet. Lartigue, by happy contrast, is modern, clean, and elegant, and cuts a handsome figure clothed in pristine tennis whites.
A precious bottle of sun, swim, and sail.

So good and really hard to describe. The listed notes are present for sure, I can smell the fresh peach skin and lemon and woodiness, but the whole thing has an undefinable magic to it. My fiancé recently scandalized me by stealing my roll on and leaving it in his pickleball bag in the car and I swear some evaporated in the heat, but I also can't convince him to stop wearing it, so I just finally sprung for the atomizer to keep at home and relinquished the roller to whatever purpose he has for it.
Also note on sillage: This fragrance has good sillage. I recently also started wearing Dauphine and people ask me about it when they hug me, but people ask me about Lartigue when I pass by, it has a "floaty" effect like that.

Lartigue makes me long for summer. This scent smells like warm days, relaxing in the shade, as a cooling breeze blows your hair back from suntanned shoulders. It gets better and better as the day wears on.

I’m not the type of person that usually wears perfumes, I’m actually really picky and have never been able to settle for one and this is the exception. I wear this everyday, I want to bathe in this scent it’s very nostalgic

It took me a few tries before I could pin down what it was about this scent that kept me coming back. I really enjoy the green top notes. However, for me, the dry-down was sweeter than I am used to (summer peaches). Oddly enough, pairing this with Dauphine, another sweet scent, balances both out wonderfully. The pairing lifts up the greener scents in the Lartigue, and accentuates the almond in the Dauphine. I highly recommend this scent.

The scent is wonderful. It’s perfect for summer and isn’t too floral or cloying. The only criticism I have is the longevity of the scent: it fades after about 4 hours, so a few more sprays are necessary if you want to maintain. This seems to be specific to the lighter scents from Goest. In contrast, Jackal definitely has staying power.

I bought this after receiving a sample when I ordered Dauphine and I think I actually love this one the most (both are great). It smells like the reviews describe, sunshine and the beach mixed with peaches. It's very light but also fresh and not too floral or sweet. It's hard to describe what makes it so amazing, it is unique. If you order this, you won't smell like anyone else. Not overpowering and lingers on your clothing in a subtle way. Just order it and try it.

I love this perfume. I'm not typically a perfume wearer but I found Goest at Unique LA a few years ago and I decided to splurge then on their unique fragrances. And I treated myself to a birthday present this year when they sent me a year end coupon. It's not an overwhelming scent and it doesn't have that "alcohol" smell on top. A little goes a long way. It's almost a masculine scent but I prefer to the big florals that are usually pushed on women.

Definitely an uplifting scent. Mostly peaches and a bit of a salty skin musk. The citrus notes keep it from becoming too sweet and it did sweeten as it wore on. It’s the easiest to wear of the 4 I’ve sampled. I gave it 3 stars because it reminds me of 2 other scents I own.

Got a tester of this, loved it. Roll on container is wonderful. Definitely plan on buying more.

I love this perfume so much, even more than my previous summer go-to, Hesperides Grapefruit by Fresh. This is a far more delicious, complex, beachy-without-being-too-sweet version of a fresh summer citrus scent. It makes me swoon with delight!
